Massage is a way of manipulating muscles and improving circulation to bring about relaxation and is good for relieving stress. It is also good for warming down after exercise.
On the course all materials will be provided. Instruction book, consultation forms, various handouts on related matters, towels, couches, chairs and various massage mediums.
Students will have work to do at home and must be prepared to set aside an hour or so an evening for this.
Students will be expected to practice massage at home, therefore must arrange for willing volunteers to practice their skills on and then write a detailed case study on each volunteer
The cost of the full course is £850.00.This includes all exam fees
